![Remember those incentive charts your teacher would use when you were in kindergarten or first grade [or whenever it was]? Well I found a pack of them at the dollar store yesterday, along with a pack of ‘reward’ stickers, and this is what is now hanging on my dry erase board. Justin and Mark are two of my house mates and good friends. They are 26 years old, and you would not believe how thrilled they are to earn a sticker. So far they have done so by doing things like washing two of my dirty bowls in the kitchen, taking my food downstairs for me [I live on the third floor and the fridge is on the second], giving me a ride to target, ect…
Every time they earn five stickers they get a small reward that they pick [For the first five Justin gets a backrub and Mark gets a Manly Pedicure], and when they complete the whole chart they get a big prize, which i pick and keep a surprise, but I’m thinking I get them concert tickets to see a show at The Vogue.
